Stanley Correctional Institution Veterans Wing held a fundraiser with their local Kwik Trip offering bacon cheeseburgers, mushroom 'n swiss, Jr. cheeseburgers, and Jr. chicken sandwiches. They also had the opportunity to purchase rice kipsie treats, cheese breadsticks, and mac 'n cheese.
Total money raised was $4,900 with half going to Chippewa County Crime Stoppers and the other half going to Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
