Missing Persons As Of: 06/22/2016

Shannah was last seen on June 22, 2016 near I-94 and County Road 74 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She as wearing a tan tank top, black leggings, and no shoes. She has a tattoo of “Milli” behind right ear and two sparrows on her hips. Police believe she does not know anyone in the area and does not have a cell phone. She is possibly headed to California.

Last Known Location: Nearby gas station in Holcombe, Wisconsin. Surveillance video from the gas station shows Tammy walking towards her residence. A neighbor saw her at the end of her driveway. Tammy has never been seen or heard from again.

She was last seen wearing a light colored zip up sweat jacket, a dark colored shirt, light colored blue jeans, and work/hiking type boots.
Tammy is an insulin-dependent diabetic and does not have her medication with her. She has a history of depression and medical issues and drinks heavily. She has no valid driver’s license and no vehicle.
There was an extensive search of the nearby area, which turned up no signs of Tammy or any indication of her whereabouts. A Homeland Security Check confirmed that Tammy has not crossed the border.
